Complaints Procedure

At Midlands Pharmacy we are fully committed to providing you with the highest level of customer care and satisfaction. As we are an online based pharmacy you are unable to visit our premises, however we welcome your feedback on the services provided by us.

Midlands Pharmacy takes complaints seriously and we will strive to resolve any problems that you may have.

In all cases Midlands Pharmacy must make sure that the patient’s immediate health needs are being met. We would take any urgent action necessary to prioritise patient health before proceeding with the complaint e.g. referring to a medical practitioner.

All complainants will be treated with respect, dignity and confidentiality. Our colleagues will only discuss confidential information to the extent that is necessary in order to answer the complaint. We must be sure that when discussing a patient’s treatment with a third party, that the person is authorised to speak on behalf of the patient so that we do not breach confidentiality. In such cases written permission authorising a third party may be required.

If you have any comments, suggestions or would like to discuss anything that you are not satisfied with then please contact us using the details below.
